The Boulevard Neighborhood Association strives for our neighborhood to be a welcoming place for all residents. There has been a consistent call from our residents to recognize and to be sensitive toward the human dignity of all people that live or spend their time in the Boulevard Neighborhood – regardless of where they sleep, the color of their skin, or the amount of money in their pockets.
